General Maintenance Worker
Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Nazareth Hall is historical building, turned event venue, that is looking for a detail-oriented worker to oversee the upkeep of the facility and maintain the integrity of the space.
We are looking for someone who will be willing to learn and apply new processes to keeping our space in working order.
Experience in related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs/minor fixes (painting, repairing permanent fixtures, etc) Inspects and trouble shoots equipment and systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.
) Mows lawns, trims weeds, and rakes leaves as assigned.
Empties trash and recycling containers.
Trims bushes/shrubs and maintains landscaping.
Operates outdoor equipment (i.
e snowblower or snowplow to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots.
) Moves tables, chairs, and heavy pieces of furniture as needed for upcoming events.
Assists with and leads set-up crew during busy event weeks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Able to lift over 50lbs.
Ability to operate various types of power equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
Ability to use hand tools required for landscaping.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
Excellent time management skills.
Would need to be able to lift items over 40 pounds and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
